Notes
Recommended for American pale ale, American IPA, blonde, any clean ale.
Character: Very clean and neutral, low diacetyl, low ester.
The default American ale strain and the dry form of the Chico strain. Its neutrality is the point: it lets hops and malt speak without adding yeast character. It is powdery and slow to drop bright, so a cold crash or fining helps clarity.
