Notes

Both are clean American West Coast strains, but BRY-97 flocculates high and drops bright while US-05 stays powdery, and BRY-97 tolerates 13% alcohol against US-05's 9 to 11%.

Choose US-05 for its ubiquity and a slightly cleaner powdery finish you will cold-crash anyway.

Choose BRY-97 when you want the beer to drop bright fast or need more alcohol headroom for a big IPA.
