Notes
Recommended for English pale ale, amber, porter, stout, cider.
Character: Neutral to slightly fruity and estery, POF-negative (no clove/phenol).
A neutral high-attenuation English house strain. Its 14% alcohol tolerance and stress tolerance make it a common pick for restarting stuck fermentations and for high-gravity beers. Diastaticus-negative, so it will not over-attenuate a beer the way a saison strain does.
