Notes

Recommended for American pale ale, West Coast IPA, amber, porter.

Character: Neutral and clean, low ester, high flocculation.

An American West Coast ale strain from the Siebel collection, and the high-flocculating dry alternative to US-05. It drops brighter and faster than US-05 and tolerates 13% alcohol, so it holds up in a big West Coast IPA. It has a longer lag phase, so pitch enough and aerate well.
