Notes

Recommended for American pale ale, West Coast IPA, American amber.

Character: Clean and neutral American character, high flocculation.

A clean American West Coast ale strain, Mangrove Jack's answer to US-05 and BRY-97, but flocculating harder than US-05 so it drops brighter. Its wide 77 to 85% attenuation range means it can finish quite dry; hold temperature to keep it clean in a hop-forward beer.
