Notes
Typical use: Dual-purpose. Recommended for West Coast IPA, American pale ale, double IPA.
Aroma: Pungent deep pine softened by tropical passion fruit, with citrus, apricot and earthy undertones.
The classic West Coast pine-and-passion-fruit hop, high in alpha with low cohumulone so it bitters cleanly as well as flavours. Its pine and grapefruit signature is instantly recognisable and hard to replace exactly. A staple of resinous West Coast IPA both as the bittering charge and the aroma.
