Notes
Recommended for English bitter, ESB, brown ale, hazy IPA, Irish red.
Character: Balanced fruity and lightly floral English character.
A fast-fermenting, hard-flocculating English strain that drops bright quickly, which is why it suits cask beer. It leaves a touch more body and fruit than US-05. High flocculation can leave it slightly under-attenuated if the beer cools before it finishes, so hold fermentation temperature to the end.
