Notes

Recommended for Fruity lager, Oktoberfest, amber lager, estery Pilsner.

Character: Fruitier and more estery than a neutral lager strain.

A West-European lager strain that ferments cold like W-34/70 but leaves more fruit and ester behind, so it suits a lager where you want some character rather than a clean neutral base. Ferment it cold and lager it; pushed warm the fruit turns to solvent.
