Notes
SafLager W-34/70 is the standard clean-lager substitute for LalBrew Diamond, and both are dry, so it is a like-for-like swap.
Both are neutral bottom-fermenting lager strains that work in the 10 to 15 C band. Diamond tolerates higher alcohol (13% vs about 11%), so for a strong lager or doppelbock stay with Diamond; for a standard-strength Pilsner or helles they are interchangeable.
