Recommended for American pale ale, American IPA, amber, any clean ale.
Character: Clean, well-balanced, slightly citrusy; the liquid Chico strain.
The liquid Chico strain and one of the most-used ale yeasts in the world, sharing lineage with US-05 and WLP001. It is clean with a faint citrus lift and ferments a wide range of American styles. It flocculates low to medium and can be slow to clear, so cold crash for a bright beer.
