Notes

Recommended for Scottish 80/-, Scottish export, wee heavy, malty amber.

Character: Malty, dry Scottish ale character with light smoke and ester.

An Edinburgh strain built for Scottish ales, it is malty with a dry finish and works well cool where a Scottish ale is traditionally fermented. Its higher alcohol tolerance also suits a wee heavy. Ferment on the cool end to keep esters restrained.
