Character: Banana and clove ester with a cloudy, full body.
A wheat strain built for banana and clove, with a very low flocculation that keeps the beer traditionally cloudy. Its low attenuation leaves body and can read slightly sweet. Alcohol tolerance is only 7.5%, so keep it to standard weissbier strength.
