Notes
Typical use: Aroma (noble). Recommended for German Pilsner, lager, wheat beer, Kölsch.
Aroma: Woody and cream-caramel with resin and almond, fruity blueberry, spicy curry and lily of the valley.
A fine Saaz-group noble hop from Lake Constance, very low in alpha and oil, so it gives a soft refined aroma to lagers and wheat beers. The very low myrcene reading is part of why it reads as gentle and spicy rather than punchy. Like other noble hops it is used for delicate flavour, never for bittering.
