Notes
Typical use: Aroma / dual-purpose. Recommended for saison, farmhouse ale, Belgian ale, lager.
Aroma: Distinctive lemon and dill, with overripe orange, lychee, lemongrass and a coconut-vanilla sweetness.
A Japanese hop famous for an unmistakable lemon-and-dill character that brewers either love or avoid. High total oil makes it intense, so a little goes a long way, and its lemongrass note pairs naturally with a saison or farmhouse ale. Nothing else quite replaces its dill-and-lemon signature.
