Notes
Typical use: Aroma. Recommended for New-world lager, hazy pale, German IPA, wine-like ale.
Aroma: White muscatel grape with citrusy grapefruit and elderflower, lemongrass and cucumber.
A modern German aroma hop from the Hallertau breeding programme, giving a white-grape and elderflower aroma close to a wine hop. Very high myrcene and almost no humulene make it intensely fruity and floral, the German answer to Nelson Sauvin. Best kept late so its delicate muscatel note survives.
