Notes
Typical use: Aroma. Recommended for American pale ale, American amber, American IPA.
Aroma: Pink grapefruit with floral, citrus and light spice; the original American craft aroma.
The hop that defined American craft aroma, and still the reference grapefruit-and-floral note. Modest alpha keeps it firmly an aroma hop; it takes a generous late charge to make its mark. Balanced myrcene and humulene give the citrus a floral edge rather than the pure tropical of the newer varieties.
