Notes
Typical use: Aroma / dual-purpose. Recommended for American IPA, American pale ale, hazy pale.
Aroma: Fruity apricot, peach, ripe banana and honeydew melon with tart grapefruit and lime.
Prized for a soft stone-fruit and melon aroma that sets it apart from the sharper citrus hops, with enough alpha to bitter a pale. Its farnesene, unusual and high for an American hop, is part of that gentle floral-fruity signature. A late and dry-hop favourite where you want orange and apricot over pine.
