Notes
Both are intense tropical aroma hops, but Mosaic layers mango, pine and herbal depth while Galaxy is a focused passion-fruit-and-peach punch with very low humulene.
Choose Mosaic for a complex, layered tropical-and-dank aroma in a hazy IPA.
Choose Galaxy for a single bold passion-fruit signature, dosed carefully to avoid an oniony edge.
