Notes
Typical use: Aroma. Recommended for hazy NEIPA, American IPA, pale ale.
Aroma: Punchy passion fruit, juicy peach and tangy citrus, with cassis and blackcurrant when raw.
Australia's flagship aroma hop, with a passion-fruit and peach punch and a very low humulene that sets it apart from the American varieties. High alpha but too aromatic to waste on bittering; brewers keep it for the whirlpool and dry hop. A small charge goes a long way, and too much can turn oniony.
