Notes
Typical use: Aroma / dual-purpose. Recommended for hazy NEIPA, American IPA, pale ale.
Aroma: Tropical pineapple, mango and passion fruit, citrus tangerine and lime, with floral, grassy, herbal and pine undertones.
A daughter of Simcoe bred for a broad tropical-and-citrus aroma that layers well with Citra. High total oil and high myrcene make it intense late in the boil and in the dry hop. Its aroma tips from tropical to dank and herbal depending on the crop and dose, so taste before committing a big charge.
