Notes
Both are diastaticus saison strains that finish very dry, but Belle Saison wants a hot ferment up to 30 C or more while BE-134 expresses well a little cooler.
Choose Belle Saison for a classic hot-fermented farmhouse saison with pepper and fruit.
Choose BE-134 when you cannot ferment as hot and still want a dry, phenolic saison.
