Notes
For a hazy New England IPA, LalBrew Verdant IPA is built for the style. It leaves soft body from medium attenuation and carries a beta-lyase enzyme that biotransforms hop compounds into extra apricot and tropical-fruit aroma.
Ferment it at the warm end of 18 to 25 C to push the stone-fruit ester, and pair it with a heavy late and dry-hop charge so the biotransformation has thiols to work on.
