For an imperial or double IPA, Mangrove Jack's M42 New World Strong Ale is a strong dry pick. It stays clean and neutral, tolerates 12% alcohol and flocculates very high, dropping a big hoppy beer bright to let the hops lead.

Feed a big wort well so it finishes before its very high flocculation drops it out. If you want soft haze instead of a bright bitter beer, use a hazy strain.
