Notes

Recommended for Belgian pale ale, Belgian blonde, abbey ale.

Character: Mild fruitiness with a complex, spicy Belgian character.

The Ardennes Belgian strain (the Achouffe lineage), mildly fruity with a complex spicy phenol and, unusually for a Belgian yeast, high flocculation that clears it well. Warmer ferments push the spice. A characterful, well-behaved Belgian strain.
