Notes

Recommended for Belgian blond, dubbel, tripel, imperial stout, NEIPA.

Character: Fruity, with high mouthfeel and body; leaves residual sweetness.

A low-attenuating, fruity strain that leaves body and sweetness on purpose, which is why it suits big malty Belgian ales, imperial stouts and soft hazy IPA. Its 68 to 72% attenuation is the point; do not reach for it when you want a dry finish, use a cleaner strain instead.
