Notes
Typical use: Bittering. Recommended for German Pilsner, lager, any clean bittering charge.
Aroma: Clean, cool mint and sweet fruit with peppery herbal and resinous notes.
A high-alpha German bittering hop bred to add bitterness without aroma baggage, so it gives a smooth clean bitterness in a lager or any beer where you do not want the bittering hop to speak. It is the European counterpart to a clean American high-alpha hop, and the default 60-minute charge in a lot of continental recipes.
