Notes
Both are tropical hops, but Sabro adds a polarising coconut-and-cream character on top of tangerine and stone fruit that Citra lacks.
Choose Citra for clean tropical fruit with no divisive note.
Choose Sabro when you specifically want the coconut-cream character, used sparingly as a feature hop.
