Character: Mildly estery and phenolic wheat character from a blend.
A blend of a neutral top-fermenting ale strain and a Bavarian wheat strain, giving a milder, more restrained banana and clove than a pure weizen yeast. Medium flocculation clears it better than a single weizen strain, useful for a lighter wheat beer.
