Character: Dry, slightly tart, crisp American wheat character with low banana and clove.
The American wheat strain, clean and dry with a slight tartness and none of the banana and clove of a German weizen. Very low flocculation keeps the beer hazy, which suits an American wheat. Ferment cool and it finishes crisp.
