Notes
Typical use: Dual-purpose. Recommended for German Pilsner, altbier, Kölsch, lager.
Aroma: Lemon, marjoram and pepper with dried fruit and pear, and woody barrique and honey notes.
A versatile German hop that bridges bittering and aroma, cleaner and slightly minty-spicy where the noble hops are floral. Its wide alpha range means the same variety can be a bittering charge in one crop and an aroma hop in another. A dependable all-round German hop for lagers and ales alike.
