Notes
Typical use: Aroma / dual-purpose. Recommended for American IPA, hazy NEIPA, pale ale.
Aroma: Grapefruit, pineapple, gooseberry and peach with basil and mint, plus quince, mango and kiwi.
Named for the Haitian god of agriculture, a bright tropical-and-citrus hop with enough alpha to bitter. Its grapefruit-and-pineapple punch sits close to Citra, which is why brewers reach for it as a Citra extender or alternative. A clean late and dry-hop hop for juicy beers.
